Your pool is drawn, structurally engineered and submitted. We manage the city and the HOA so you don't have to.
Dig day. Then the rebar cage is tied by hand and the plumbing is roughed in — the skeleton of a pool built to outlast the house.
Concrete is sprayed at high velocity over the steel and shaped by hand. This is the day your yard permanently has a pool in it.
Waterline tile, coping, decking, then the plaster interior — the finish work that makes it yours.
Equipment start-up, chemical balance, and a full owner walkthrough of your new backyard.
Honest timeline: most custom builds run about 8–12 weeks from excavation, depending on city review times, HOA approvals and design complexity. We'll give you a real schedule before you sign anything.
